About The Role

As a Schools Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for promoting and facilitating vocational programs delivered by TAFE Queensland schools.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and facilitate vocational programs to students, teachers, and school administrators.
  • Develop and maintain communication networks with key management and delivery staff within partnering schools.
  • Contribute to the management of promotional activities for domestic business units.
  • Liaise with educational delivery units to support growth and effective management of schools programs.
  • Facilitate negotiation and project management of business proposals and contracts with client schools.
  • Maintain current knowledge of TQGC products, services, and systems to ensure effective communication and delivery to appropriate client groups.
  • Build and maintain effective client relationships and accounts by ensuring all aspects of schools contracts are addressed.
  • Monitor performance against revenue targets to ensure profitability is achieved and provide reports as required.

This role requires strong written and oral communication skills, including interpersonal and teamwork abilities. You should have a demonstrated understanding of the vocational education and training sector, including knowledge of secondary schools and tertiary education systems.
