About the Role

In this position, you'll partner with clients and internal teams to design and implement effective technical solutions that drive success.

  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into actionable technical plans.
  • Estimate and develop implementation roadmaps based on client requirements.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to design, document, and deploy solutions that meet project objectives and business needs.
  • Lead technical presentations and workshops to showcase solution designs and capabilities.
  • Provide guidance during implementations, ensuring quality and alignment with industry best practices.
  • Troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies to bring fresh insights and ideas to our clients and teams.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Technical Consultant, Solutions Architect, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture and software delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in Salesforce or cloud-based technologies is highly regarded.
  • A strategic, adaptable mindset — someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex challenges.
