We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Architect to drive impact and scale our experience intelligence platform.

The ideal candidate will work closely with our business development team to pitch our solution to prospective clients and support the sales process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead Pre-Sales Engagements: Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and demonstrate our value proposition through tailored presentations, product demos, and proof of concepts.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide deep technical knowledge and insights about our platform, including integrations, data flows, and analytics capabilities.
  • Solution Design: Architect and design customized solutions to meet customer needs, leveraging our suite of products.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, understanding their business challenges and positioning our solutions effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handover and implementation of solutions.

Requirements include:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a presales, solutions consulting, or related customer/business facing technical role within the SaaS industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in web and app technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs. Proficient in understanding at least the concepts of Apps framework. Familiarity with data analytics and visualisation tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
