Content Creation Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Writer to develop and maintain high-quality content for the telco sector.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent copywriting skills, and experience in managing a broad range of stakeholders. They will also possess strong stakeholder management skills and have previously worked alongside senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver content across journey experience, user journey flow, and long-form UX.
  • Develop and implement web writing guidelines and process improvements.
  • Utilize creativity and flair to bring content to life.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in communications, marketing, e-commerce, multimedia, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in web writing/copywriter roles for digital channels.
  • Proficiency in technology tools, including SharePoint, content management systems, Microsoft Office toolset, Agile project management tools (Jira and Confluence), and Google Suite.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
