Job Title: Digital Content Coordinator

As a key member of our Marketing team, we are seeking a highly organized digital native with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for creating captivating content. This full-time role is based at our modern headquarters in Melbourne.

About the Role
  • Support the creation, coordination, and publishing of digital content across our websites, email campaigns, social platforms, and marketing assets.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, designers, and external partners to ensure our content is beautifully presented and aligned with our brand, strategy, and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate and maintain website content across WordPress and Webflow, including service pages, landing pages, blog posts, and campaign assets.
  2. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and SEO agency to implement approved content changes and optimize web structure.
  3. Ensure all published content is accurate, mobile-optimized, error-free, and reflects brand standards.
  4. Assist in developing visual and written content for email campaigns, social media, and other digital platforms.
  5. Work alongside designers and developers to improve page layouts, user experience, and site performance.
  6. Monitor and report on content performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
  7. Assist in the management of our Google Business Profiles across multiple clinic locations.
  8. Support the submission of award entries and digital documentation as required.
Requirements
  • 1–2+ years of experience in a digital marketing or content coordination role.
  • Proficiency in using WordPress, Webflow, and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and how content structure impacts performance.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Canva, and email marketing platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
