About the Role

L'Oreal Dermatological Beauty is a leading player in the dermocosmetic and cosmeceutical industry with brands like La Roche Posay, CeraVe and SkinCeuticals.

Our products are developed and approved by health professionals and are available in retail pharmacy and medical outlets worldwide.

We are seeking an experienced Skincare Coach to support local Doctors, Dermatologists, and Plastic Surgeons in delivering exceptional patient results through integrated skincare for SkinCeuticals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maximize your territory through building strong business partnerships and education on the retail and professional range.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPI's aligned with the strategic goals of the business through education and in-person coaching sessions with clinics in your region.
  • Work closely with a Business Development Manager to collaborate, manage, support, and educate all clinics in your shared region.
  • Support the Business Development Manager in onboarding new clinics.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' clinical experience including Laser.
  • Training experience educating or coaching on skin health and formulations with active ingredients.
  • A self-starter mentality and ability to thrive in a goal-oriented environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A vibrant and engaging personality and a drive to succeed.
  • A full Australian Driver's license and reliable vehicle.
