About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team, specializing in healthcare technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers across various locations.

  • Maintaining robust customer relationships through regular communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services, including installation, maintenance, and commissioning.
  • Participating in sales processes to drive business growth and provide technical support throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Managing and resolving technical escalations efficiently, keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Providing on-site technical support to minimize downtime and ensuring optimal equipment performance.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in customer-facing service engineering roles within the healthcare industry.
  • A degree or equivalent experience in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong IT skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A full Australian driver's license and working rights.
