Local Government Operations Role

Your Daily Responsibilities
  • Process rate-related notices, changes of address, calculate and process pensioners rebates
  • Investigate returned rates notices, issue rates notices, amend domestic waste services accounts, and invoice sundry debts

Essential Qualifications

  • A minimum of Higher School Certificate level education or equivalent work experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a small team environment
  • Maintenance of database integrity
  • Preparation of routine correspondence and reports
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer communication
  • Desirable: Previous experience in local government
