Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Lifestyle Coordinator, you will develop, plan, and implement lifestyle activities and programs that ensure residents have choices to maintain their social, psychological, recreational, cultural, and spiritual wellbeing.
- Encourage resident choice and participation in activities
- Conduct resident assessments to understand their preferences and needs
- Plan and implement innovative events and activities involving the community, volunteers, and families
- Lead a team, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the lifestyle team
To succeed, you'll need:
- A kind heart and genuine passion for elderly care
- Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or similar qualification
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Coaching and training skills
- Ability to build professional relationships with residents and families
- Respect for residents' values, customs, preferences, and spiritual beliefs
- Excellent IT skills
We offer competitive hourly pay, fitness passport gym benefit, paid parental leave, long service leave after 5 years, additional leave for shift workers per Enterprise Agreement, and multiple locations across NSW and QLD.
