Key Position: F&B Manager/ Supervisor

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, supporting efficient operation, staff training and development, and promoting the business.

  • Supervise and manage service and staff.
  • Deliver food and beverages efficiently.
  • Control costs effectively.
  • Monitor quality of food and beverages.
  • Develop and train staff to achieve optimal performance.
  • Contribute to a positive team dynamic and great guest experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking an individual with strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality.
