Restaurant Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager or Supervisor to deliver exceptional customer service and support the efficient operation of our hospitality business. In this full-time position, you will play a key role in training and developing staff, promoting the business, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

  • Supervising/Managing of service and staff
  • Efficient delivery of food and beverages
  • Cost controls
  • Quality control of food and beverage
  • Staff training and development
  • Social media involvement
  • Providing friendly and attentive table service to customers
  • Serving a range of food
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Assisting with stock control and inventory management
  • Contributing to a positive team dynamic and a great guest experience
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for providing exceptional experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Current Food Handling certifications (or willingness to obtain)
