Job Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified educator to teach Digital and Design Technology electives at a dynamic and expanding school. As a forward-thinking institution, we pride ourselves on providing students with a quality educational experience.

The successful candidate will inspire students to develop creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills through hands-on projects and real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach engaging Digital and Design Technology electives and/or VCE Systems Engineering in a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Inspire students to develop innovative solutions and think creatively.
  • Benefit from full training and professional development opportunities, including certification in Safe Use of Machinery and memberships in relevant industry organizations.

The ideal candidate will have high level communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Requirements
  • Be a qualified teacher and hold a current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT).
  • Have experience teaching Digital Design or Systems Engineering.
  • Have high level communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have current First Aid qualifications and Anaphylaxis Certificate or be willing to obtain these prior to commencement.
  • Be able to demonstrate a commitment to the values and ethos of education.
