The Role
As a Store Operations Manager at Lowes, you will oversee 9-11 stores across Southern Metro Melbourne to regional Victoria, taking responsibility for managing their profitability and performance.
We are looking for someone who is results-driven and will help set and drive targets, coach our store managers and look for opportunities for business growth. This is a hands-on and fast-paced role that will see you leading your teams from the front and will report directly into the Victoria State Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Motivate and guide Store Managers to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
- Ensure efficient operation of stores within your area, including key performance indicators (KPIs), stock levels, wages, and shrinkage.
- Coach and mentor Store Managers to develop and maintain high-performing teams.
- Ensure all stores are maintaining visual merchandising standards to maximize sales potential.
- Recruit and develop the right people to join our team.
- Ensure all stores adhere to Company Policies and Procedures.

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in multi-site management or an experienced retailer looking to take the next steps in their career.
- Retail apparel experience.
- An empowering leadership style.
- A thorough understanding of KPIs.
- Strong commercial awareness and a proven track record of delivering results.
- Passionate about people, team development, and our customers.
- Outstanding relationship-building skills.
- A solution-focused and creative problem solver.
- Excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills.
- A full Australian Driver's License.
