Job Title: Electrical Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Project Coordinator to join our team at Fetch. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful execution of our industrial-focused projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage multiple electrical projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Monitor project progress and address issues or delays proactively.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Support procurement efforts by sourcing materials and coordinating deliveries.
  • Perform site visits to ensure work aligns with project plans and quality expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in coordinating electrical projects in an industrial setting.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Aconex or similar).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
