Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will provide high-quality technical expertise to support the development of educational resources for staff training and development.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within service delivery processes using critical thinking and innovative problem-solving methods to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
  • Monitor team performance, build team capabilities, and optimize service delivery processes and workflows to enhance overall productivity and quality.
  • Maintain positive and constructive relationships with staff and stakeholders through clear communication and collaboration to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in IT with a deep understanding of technical aspects of service delivery and ability to apply knowledge to real-world problems.
  • Experience with various tools and systems used in service delivery and ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess service delivery metrics and identify trends to inform business decisions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve shared objectives.
