- Rotate through key teams in your chosen stream, expanding your technical knowledge and enhancing your role-specific skills.
- Develop graduate-specific capabilities through thrive learning sessions, coaching, and guidance from the Executive Leadership Team.
- Participate in our mentor program, social events, and exclusive David Jones events to build your network and enhance your professional journey.
- Recently/newly graduated tertiary qualifications in business commerce, marketing, or similar bachelor's degree.
- A curious mind and a passion for luxury product trends, curation of assortments with an eye for analytical detail.
- A passion for inspiring memorable moments while delivering meaningful commercial outcomes.
- High-level interpersonal skills enabling you to build strong relationships with business partners.
- A desire to learn and continuously improve.
- An ability to prioritize and meet conflicting deadlines.
