Help refugees and asylum seekers achieve financial independence as a Client Relationship Manager.
You'll be the vital link between our clients and resources to succeed. Work closely with diverse backgrounded entrepreneurs, guiding them from concept through business launch.
This role is ideal for someone mission-driven and commercially astute – building trust while providing hands-on guidance.
Key Responsibilities- Build relationships with refugee and asylum seeker entrepreneurs.
- Deliver one-on-one mentoring and group workshops to build business readiness.
- Support clients developing business plans, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and marketing strategies.
- Guide clients through registration, compliance, and business launch.
- Assess financing needs, prepare loan applications, and liaise with credit teams.
- Conduct scheduled business reviews and provide tailored support addressing challenges.
- Clients progress from idea to business launch and growth.
- High client satisfaction and retention rates.
- Strong loan approval rates through well-prepared submissions.
Be motivated by purpose and driven to make a difference. Bring:
- A passion for refugee empowerment and social impact.
- Strong communication and mentoring skills with cultural sensitivity and empathy.
- Commercial acumen and ability to analyse business and financial plans.
- Tertiary qualification in business, commerce, finance or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
