Job Opportunity

Seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is experienced in installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, equipment, physical structures, and pipe and electrical systems in commercial or industrial establishments. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and test machinery and equipment to identify potential issues.
  • Detect malfunctions and diagnose problems with supervisors or other maintenance workers.
  • Install new or repaired parts to ensure smooth operation.
  • Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery to prevent wear and tear.
  • Repair electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment.
  • Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
  • Repair and maintain the physical structure of the establishment, including walls, floors, and ceilings.
  • Install, program, or repair automated machinery and equipment, such as robots or programmable controllers.
  • Set up and operate machine tools, such as lathes, grinders, drills, and milling machines, to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs, fixtures, and tools.
  • Operate cutting torches or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts.
  • Fabricate and repair counters, benches, partitions, and other wooden structures.
  • Deliver customer orders using a box truck.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience, including machine repair and preventative maintenance.
  • Prior experience in the metal fabrication industry is an advantage.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance.
  • Clean driving record to operate company trucks.
  • Ability to work weekdays and weekend overtime.
