Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a Property Asset Manager to join our growing Real Estate Management team.

In this key role, you will be responsible for the overall management and oversight of commercial and retail properties and leading a dedicated team. You will build strong relationships with clients and landlords to ensure business objectives are met and expectations are exceeded. You will successfully achieve this by:

  • Positioning and protecting property investment performance, ensuring profitability through diligent and professional management.
  • Facilitating resources, both in-house and outsourced, promoting a team effort to maintain services and resolve property issues.
  • Liaising regularly with owners regarding all aspects of management, including providing recommendations and conducting negotiations relating to rent reviews, lease renewals and leasing.

You will have circa 9,000 experts at your disposal, with an enterprising culture and decentralised operating model allowing us to act with speed in local markets and seize opportunities to innovate and accelerate client success.

Requirements
  • 8 + years' experience in property management
  • Class 1 Real Estate license preferred, Class 2 essential
  • Strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments and trends
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong organisational and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and foster key relationships and desire to work in a highly team-orientated environment
  • Strong attention to detail
