Surgical Administrator

This is an opportunity to lead and support the administration of a Surgical Education and Training program in Australia and New Zealand.
The role requires exceptional administrative skills, high attention to detail, and strong communication skills to effectively coordinate activities with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include providing executive-level support, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports and data for external bodies, and assisting with special projects.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent organizational and time management skills, confidence in working in a complex environment, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Requirements- Highly developed administration skills with experience in an executive officer role
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with proven ability to produce formal correspondence and reports
- Demonstrated high level organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Flexibility to combine working from home with time spent in the office
