Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Mining Engineer to join our team. As a Graduate Mining Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, gain hands-on experience, and develop your skills and knowledge in mining engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in rotations through various sites to gain practical experience in different aspects of mining operations;
  • Attend formal leadership workshops and seminars to develop leadership and management skills;
  • Engage in technical learning modules alongside Principal Engineers to deepen your understanding of mining processes, technologies, and best practices;
  • Access mentors to develop technical, leadership, and interpersonal skills;
  • Work closely with Principal Engineers on engineering skills training plans to enhance your technical proficiency.
Requirements
  • Mining Engineering degree (or equivalent);
  • Impressive academic record with a passion for the mining industry;
  • Robust focus on safety;
  • Proficiency in collaborating with a diverse team;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities;
  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines;
  • Full rights to work in Australia;
  • Advanced MS Office skills are essential.
