About This Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to oversee the delivery of innovative medical education programs in rural settings. As Team Lead, you will be responsible for supporting educators and stakeholders to create optimal living and learning experiences for medical students.

This role involves working closely with senior leaders to develop and implement strategies that promote sustainable rural medicine practices. You will manage a team of course administrators and student coordinators, ensuring seamless placement and learning experiences for students.

You will also contribute to reporting requirements for government funding programs, working collaboratively with colleagues to address program parameters.
