About This Role

This position offers the ideal opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where you can make a real difference in the lives of children and families.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging and educational programs that cater to the needs of children aged 5-12 years old.

You will work closely with our experienced educators to develop and maintain high-quality programs that promote learning, social skills and physical activity.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is passionate about working with children and has a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement daily programs that meet the needs of children aged 5-12 years old.
  • Supervise and support a group of primary-aged children during out-of-school hours care sessions.
  • Prepare and serve healthy food options for children.
  • Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and school communities.
  • Nurture a positive environment for learning and development.
Requirements
  • A Diploma in Childcare or related field (or currently studying towards).
  • A current Working With Children Check (WWCC) in Victoria (or willing to obtain).
  • First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates (or willing to obtain).
