Job Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled software engineer to lead and mentor a team of developers in building, enhancing, maintaining, and supporting event-driven solutions and APIs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering integration solutions end-to-end, providing technical guidance to engineers and squad members, and staying up-to-date with technology and industry changes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Designing and delivering integration solutions end-to-end
  • Providing technical guidance to engineers and squad members
  • Staying up-to-date with technology and industry changes
  • Quickly ideating solutions, considering blockers, dependencies, and relevant stakeholders
  • Leading, mentoring, and growing our people

Requirements:

  • Extensive software development experience with a focus on backend integration work
  • Previous experience with Boomi, including design, development, and ongoing support of integrations and APIs
  • Experience in people leadership responsibilities, including building and leading a high-performing technical team
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities across a varied programme of work
