Operate Hiab Cranes with Ease

We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Hiab Driver to fill a key role in our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the safe operation of HR or HC trucks equipped with mounted Hiab cranes.
  • Load, secure, transport, and unload materials efficiently and effectively.
  • Meet delivery schedules and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Perform routine vehicle and equipment checks to maintain optimal performance.
Requirements:
  • Hold a current minimum HR licence (HC preferred).
  • Valid Hiab ticket/licence is essential for this position.
  • Proven experience operating Hiab cranes on rigid and/or semi-trailers.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety and load security throughout all operations.
  • Be able to work extended hours and manage physical demands associated with the role.
What's On Offer:
  • $40/hr base rate plus overtime pay.
  • 10-hour minimum shifts Monday to Friday.
  • Average 50-55 hours per week providing great earning potential.
