Hiab Driver Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting and unloading loads of up to 14tonnes using truck-mounted Hiab equipment.

The role covers both rigid and semi-trailers, and the successful candidate will operate HR or HC trucks with mounted Hiab cranes.

Key duties include:

  • Loading, securing, transporting, and unloading materials safely and efficiently
  • Completing delivery runs to various locations in the Illawarra region, Picton, Southern Highlands, Batemans Bay, and surrounds
  • Maintaining delivery schedules and providing excellent customer service
  • Performing basic vehicle and equipment checks

The ideal candidate will have a current minimum HR licence (HC preferred), valid Hiab ticket/licence, proven experience operating Hiab cranes (rigid and/or semi), and a strong focus on safety and load security.

We offer a base rate of $40 per hour, with overtime available. The average work week is 50-55 hours, with a company vehicle provided and an ongoing position with a temp-to-permanent pathway.
