Rotational Hospital Pharmacist Role

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hospital pharmacy experience, combining travel with pharmacy and making a meaningful difference in patients' lives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct medication chart reviews and medication reconciliation
  • Dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products
  • Coordinate patient medication requirements for inpatient stay, day infusions and discharge
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service to clients and patients
  • Support patients, carers, hospital staff and associated employees
  • Educate and advise staff and customers on health promotion, disease prevention, drug selection and the proper use of medicines
About You

You are a versatile pharmacist who thrives in new environments and enjoys travel. Your strong communication skills and ability to adapt make you a great fit for this unique and varied role.

Requirements
  • General registration with AHPRA, with no restrictions on practice.
  • Current drivers' licence and roadworthy vehicle fit for purpose.
  • Ability to commit to a frequent travel role.
  • Permanent Australian working rights.
