Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Coordinator to support families with concerns about their child's development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of developmental milestones, excellent communication skills, and experience working with families using a family-focused approach.

About the Role
  • Supporting families by conducting observations and using information from screening tools to understand the impact of developmental delays or disabilities.
  • Identifying and explaining the most appropriate pathway of supports for the child and family.
  • Working closely with families to connect them with local services and resources.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough assessments and observations to identify areas of concern.
