Early Childhood Receptionist and Lunch Cover

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Early Childhood Receptionist and Lunch Cover to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our center.

Job Description:

The Early Childhood Receptionist and Lunch Cover will be responsible for managing front desk operations, responding to inquiries, maintaining office supplies, and performing other administrative tasks as needed. They will also provide lunch cover support during designated periods, ensuring continuity of care for our children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, directing queries, and maintaining a welcoming environment
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with educators and management to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
Requirements:
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work calmly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of the National Quality Framework
