**Job Description**

The Site Security Manager will lead the construction security program on domestic projects, collaborating with project stakeholders from within the department and head works contractor.

  • Understand the Master Program (schedule) to assign and allocate Site Security Observers correctly.
  • Ensure adherence to the Project Construction Security Plan.
  • Manage daily operations and oversee all Site Security Observers.

**Requirements**

For this role, we require:

  • A deep understanding of construction security and site observation principles.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and contractors.
  • Ability to manage a team of Site Security Observers, providing guidance and support.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify potential security risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
