Senior Mental Health Clinical Lead Position

We are seeking a highly skilled leader to develop and implement an innovative mental health model of care for young people aged 18–25. In this key role, you will drive best-practice service delivery and governance across all older youth clinical teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive model of care for older youth.
  • Provide strategic leadership and oversee clinical governance and quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to ensure evidence-based care that is tailored to individual consumer needs.
  • Lead the development of new services and continuous improvement initiatives with key stakeholders.
About You:
  • Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery or equivalent degree.
  • Fellowship of The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) or equivalent registration.
  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in mental health, with significant leadership exposure.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive transformational change.
