- Assist with Financial Targets: Collaborate with management to achieve financial targets, ensuring that all food and beverage outlets are operating within budget.
- Assist with Training and Development: Support the training and development of team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Comply with Hotel Security and Health and Safety Legislation: Ensure that all food and beverage outlets comply with hotel security and health and safety legislation, maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and team members.
- Be Environmentally Aware: Promote environmentally friendly practices, reducing waste and conserving resources.
- Assist Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations, maintaining good working relationships and supporting the overall success of the hotel.
- Previous Food and Beverage Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Commitment to Customer Service: A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests receive a high-quality experience.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities.
- Teamwork and Communication: Excellent teamwork and communication skills, able to work effectively with team members and management.
