**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide leadership and direction to the nursing team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Coordinate patient care activities, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal utilization of resources.
- Collaborate with veterinarians and other departments to optimize patient outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
