As the leader, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of top-quality care to our patients, and fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide leadership and direction to the nursing team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Coordinate patient care activities, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal utilization of resources.
- Collaborate with veterinarians and other departments to optimize patient outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Monitor and evaluate nursing practices to identify areas for improvement and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous learning among the nursing staff.
