About the Role

As a Restaurant Team Lead at Mad Mex, you will play a vital part in our team's success. Your responsibilities will include supervising team members, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a leader on shift, overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations
  • Supervise team members to ensure efficient food preparation, service, and maintenance of the restaurant environment
  • Manage stock ordering, banking, and other administrative tasks
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership position within the hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and train team members
  • A high level of attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
