Guest Service Agent Job Description

Rydges Fortitude Valley, a 4.5-star hotel, is at the heart of Brisbane's lively entertainment scene. We are seeking an upbeat and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our team.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, be flexible and adaptable to a shift working roster, and have a professional manner. They will also have exemplary levels of personal and workplace presentation and previous exposure to the OPERA property management system.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Work a flexible and adaptable shift working roster including weekends and night shifts
  • Present professionally and maintain high standards of personal and workplace appearance
  • Have experience with the OPERA property management system or a willingness to learn
