About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our Brisbane Head Office.

In this role, you will play a vital part in elevating the brand by creating captivating visual marketing collateral that engages and converts customers.

  • Work closely with the Marketing team to create creative and engaging designs.
  • Presentation and development of new ideas and design concepts to continually increase customer engagement and connection globally and position the brand as a design leader.
  • Create original content through graphic design and illustration as required.
  • Read and understand received briefs to commence the design process, liaising design concepts with stakeholders.
  • Fulfill the design brief by creating high-quality designs that meet brand guidelines.
  • Design and execute collateral in support of creative campaigns.
  • Review designs and crosscheck the work with the original brief to ensure requirements have been met and that no errors are present.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will possess:

  • 2-5 years' experience in Graphic Design in the retail/fashion industry.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Basic experience in Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
  • Understanding of current design standards and trends.
  • Experience implementing and creating style guides.
  • Strong photo retouching skills.
  • High attention to detail/proofing skills.
