Senior Finance Leadership Role

This role demands a high level of influence across the organization, guiding financial strategy, mentoring finance teams, and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

As Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for strategic financial oversight, advanced planning, reporting, and driving business performance across multiple business units.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, and strategic analysis, as well as experience leading large-scale financial transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities include representing Finance in executive-level decision-making forums and strategic planning sessions, providing commercial insight and strategic support to the CFO, and driving enterprise-wide financial initiatives.

The successful candidate will also have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated experience of working collaboratively and influencing across multiple stakeholder groups.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, and strategic analysis.
  • Experience leading large-scale financial transformation initiatives.
  • Extensive experience working with other areas of the business through projects
  • Expertise in owning, developing and executing a Business Unit level strategy.
  • Proven track record of influencing executive leadership and shaping financial strategy.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles.
