Highly Skilled Fibrous Plasterers Wanted

Job Opportunity:
Fibrous plasterers play a pivotal role in construction and we are seeking skilled professionals to fill this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Successful candidates will be responsible for measuring, marking, cutting, lifting and positioning plasterboard panels on walls and ceilings, securing them to battens. They must also be able to cover joins and nail holes with plaster compound, smooth surfaces with a wet brush and sandpaper, and prepare and secure corner beads to achieve smooth corners.
In addition to these responsibilities, successful candidates will be required to adhere to all workplace health, safety and hygiene regulations at all times and perform other tasks as required by the business.
Qualifications and Experience:
To be considered for this role, applicants must have at least a Certificate III in a relevant field and at least 24 months of relevant work experience. Strong attention to detail, good knowledge of building and construction, ability to work well with hands, strong teamwork, time management, and great customer service skills are also essential.
