About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Debt Capital Markets Associate to join our team in Australia & New Zealand. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for contributing to the development of our Debt Capital Markets franchise in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients in Australia and New Zealand, including corporates and financial institutions.
  • Debt Origination: Identify capital market trends and address clients' needs in terms of raising and managing capital in the debt capital markets.
  • Advisory Services: Provide best-in-class advisory services to our clients, including views on macro-economic trends and their impact on the debt capital markets.
  • Team Representation: Represent our Debt Capital Markets team in internal dialogues and contribute to the development of new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Education: Relevant bachelor's degree and/or a professional financial qualification.
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in debt capital markets, with a focus on origination and execution.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of debt capital markets products, including EUR and GBP bonds, USD bonds, and private placements.
  • Behavioral Competencies: Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to build and maintain trusted professional relationships, commercial acumen, and persistence in addressing client and team needs.
