Key Responsibilities

The primary function of this role is to support senior engineers in the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects. This includes preparing tenders, pre-qualifications, and panel submissions.

  • Assist in the preparation of project documents, including reports, drawings, and presentations.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform project decisions and outcomes.
  • Conduct research to stay current with industry trends and advancements.

This role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A recent graduate degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
  • Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia.
  • Previous student vacation or internship experience, preferably in a consulting environment.
  • Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality, or customer service industries.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong rapport-building skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.
