Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of general civil engineering projects with a strong presence in urban development/land development for residential, industrial, regeneration, and urban infill;
  • Work on major estate and subdivision projects, gaining hands-on experience in earthwork, grading, pavement, and drainage design from concept to detailed design;

Requirements:

  • Be graduating in 2025 or have recently graduated from a relevant degree in engineering design, environmental science, planning, business advisory, sustainability, or digital innovation;
  • Demonstrate Arcadian skills, including resilience, creativity, analytical thinking, growth mindset, and the ability to build working relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Display innovative thinking, self-motivation, and enthusiasm for driving your own career development;
  • Confidently communicate and present to peers, clients, and stakeholders;
