Job Role:

  • Support senior engineers in planning, designing and executing engineering projects including preparation of tenders, pre-qualifications and panel submissions.
  • Collect data to inform team decisions and project outcomes.
  • Engage in technical research to remain up-to-date with industry advancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project success.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, reports and drawings.
  • Identify and resolve engineering issues to enhance processes and product quality.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

About the Candidate:

  • We are seeking a recent graduate holding a tertiary degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
  • The ideal candidate should hold relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia.
  • Previous experience in student vacation or internship roles within a consulting environment is highly desirable.
  • Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality or customer service industries is highly desirable.
  • The candidate should possess a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • They should demonstrate innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Strong rapport-building skills and ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary environment are required.
