If so, we invite you to apply for the position of Sales Specialist on our Worldwide Specialist Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue and market share for AWS's Amazon Connect - Amazon's Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) product. You will work closely with Senior Enterprise Sales Representatives, Solutions Architects, Partners, and key decision-makers at large enterprises to build strategic relationships and drive sales growth.

About the Role: As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Building and managing a healthy sales pipeline focused on driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration.
  • Teaming with AWS Senior Enterprise Sales Representatives, Solutions Architects, Partners, and engagements at the CxO level within the largest AWS accounts.
  • Driving engagement and interacting at the CxO/VP level.
  • Interacting with developers and technical architects.
  • Thinking strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges.
  • Building and conveying compelling value propositions, and working cross-organizationally to build consensus.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • 7+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience
  • 10+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience

Preferred Qualifications: It would be beneficial if you have:
  • 5+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems experience
  • Experience developing detailed go to market plans
