At Amazon, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences through our innovative products and services. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our Amazon Pickup Locations program.

In this role, you will be responsible for owning the Pickup and Return Points strategy in Australia, including the P&L. You will also work closely with current partners to provide new opportunities and build out a pipeline of new partners considering business priority.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and expansion through effective partnership development and customer experience management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Pickup and Return Points Strategy: Own the Pickup and Return Points strategy in Australia, including the P&L.
  2. New Opportunities: Work with current partners to provide new opportunities and build out a pipeline of new partners considering business priority.
