We are seeking an experienced Procurement Leader to drive strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier performance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Procurement Team: Manage and provide leadership, guidance, and support to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Create Comprehensive Procurement Strategies: Develop and execute strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Negotiate Contracts: Lead negotiations with suppliers to achieve optimal terms, including pricing, delivery schedules, and service levels.
  • Oversee Procurement Budget: Ensure expenditures are within approved limits, identifying cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements to optimize procurement spending.
  • Evaluate and Adjust Strategies: Continuously evaluate and adjust strategies to respond to changing market conditions and business requirements.
  • Oversee the Procurement Process: Ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all stages of the procurement process.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide strategic support to deliver on their requirements.
