**Restaurant Leadership Opportunity**

We are seeking a hospitality professional to fill the role of Assistant Manager at our Asian Fusion restaurant on the Sunshine Coast.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a supervisory or management position within a restaurant setting and possess strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire our diverse team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting the General Manager with daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and financial performance. They will also play a crucial role in training and mentoring the restaurant staff to maintain a high standard of service.

Key responsibilities include maintaining restaurant cleanliness, adhering to health and safety regulations, handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both customers and staff.

A flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays is required as part of this role.
