We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to collaborate closely with our account managers, operational support teams, and external partners. Your core responsibilities will encompass:

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Developing and implementing efficient logistics plans to guarantee timely delivery of client orders.

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with external supply partners to meet client needs effectively.

* Providing transparent Order Management Tracking and Reporting services.

* Monitoring quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and operational efficiency.

* Ensuring seamless warehouse operations, cataloguing goods, and processing shipments.

* Achieving cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeline targets.

* Supporting Project/Account Managers with requests for quotes or ad-hoc client requests.

* Fostering stakeholder relationships.

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience in logistics/supply chain environments is advantageous but not essential.

* Demonstrating a successful record of working within distribution, logistics management, leading, and managing external supply partners.

* Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

* Capacity to remain calm under pressure in fast-paced environments.

* Ability to obtain, analyze, and utilize information for effective decision-making.

* Exceptional attention to detail.

* Strong communication and organizational skills.

* Proactive approach to problem-solving and finding solutions.
