The successful candidate will possess current competencies in emergency patient care and resuscitation, drug and alcohol testing certification, HR drivers licence, 4WD driving course completion, current police clearance, immunizations, and relevant industry experience.

  • Current competencies in emergency patient care and resuscitation are essential
  • Drug and Alcohol Testing Certification is required
  • A valid HR Drivers Licence is necessary
  • Completion of a 2 Day 4WD Driving Course is desired
  • Current Police Clearance is mandatory
  • Immunizations for Hepatitis A & B and Tetanus are required
  • At least 3-5 years mining industry experience is preferred
  • Hold an MSIC Card
  • Certificate IV Training and Assessor is advantageous
  • Previous aviation fire and rescue experience and/or qualifications are highly regarded
  • Ability to work undertaking FIFO rotational roster (12 hour day and night shifts)
  • Ability to work to client Fatigue Management Policies
  • Previous professional experience working in the emergency services industry – (Fire Services, Defence Force or Mines Rescue) is active
