Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Operations Manager to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a 203-room hotel, including managing the front of house reception staff, room service, and housekeeping teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring that all aspects are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Grow the overall profitability of the hotel through effective management of budgets and resources.
  • Be responsible for maintaining a healthy and safe workplace environment for all staff and third-party contractors.
  • Develop and maintain an ongoing sales and marketing plan to drive revenue growth.
  • Requirements:
  • At least 3 years previous experience in hotel operational roles.
  • Demonstrated passion and skill with team leadership and mentoring.
  • Experience within strata title complexes and managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Financially astute and able to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Exceptional skills in delivering fantastic customer experiences.
  • High attention to detail and ability to find and implement solutions with confidence.
  • Sound sales & marketing and revenue & distribution knowledge.
