We are seeking a Hotel Operations Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our hotel.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer-facing role and possess strong knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Office and Opera Cloud.
You will be responsible for welcoming guests and ensuring their stay is enjoyable and hassle-free. This will involve working under pressure, multitasking, and thinking on your feet to quickly resolve any issues that may arise.
Your duties will include taking initiative to ensure positive interactions with customers, undertaking daily reconciliations of trading, and maintaining accurate records.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, pride in personal presentation, and a genuine customer service focus.
As a Hotel Operations Assistant, you will work as part of a close-knit team and contribute to delivering exceptional experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and farewell guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensure smooth and efficient running of hotel operations
- Take initiative to ensure positive interactions with customers
